ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS
Fabric inspection, measurements, workmanship and garment safety each need their own attention. A closer look at the checks and controls behind our work.

FABRIC CHECKING · BEFORE CUTTING
We inspect fabric using the four point system, recording and scoring visible defects to assess fabric quality against the buyer’s agreed acceptance requirements before the fabric moves into cutting.
TESTING & INDEPENDENT INSPECTION
We coordinate fabric and garment testing with Intertek, SGS and other laboratories approved by the buyer, following the test package and acceptance criteria agreed for each order.
OUR PEOPLE & THEIR WORKPLACE
A dependable manufacturing business starts with its people. Employee representation, respectful treatment, training and workplace safety are part of how we approach our work.

EMPLOYEE VOICE
Annual employee representative elections, regular committee meetings and grievance channels give employees ways to raise concerns and contribute to workplace improvements.
Our committee structure brings employee welfare, health and safety, and respectful treatment into the conversation.

Regular briefings help employees understand workplace practices, their rights and the channels available for support.

Fire safety training, evacuation exercises and first aid preparedness form part of our ongoing approach to workplace safety.
RESPECT AT WORK
Our workplace policies are guided by the ETI Base Code, addressing freely chosen employment, working hours, fair treatment and protection against child labour, forced labour and harassment. Employee representatives and grievance channels support these commitments in daily working life.
BUYER REQUIREMENTS
We can work with buyers to pursue the certifications their programmes require, agreeing the facility, material sourcing, audit scope and lead time at the outset.
Certification is subject to independent assessment and approval. Scope and timing are agreed before committing to certified production.
